Our Mission Statement:

The College of Public Health Office of Information Technology exists to provide excellent service and support for all aspects of information and instructional technology utilized by the college. We strive to facilitate growth and advancement of educational and communication technology so that students, faculty, and staff can work together to meet the goals of our college mission.

Remedy Ticketing:

CPH OIT is now using the web-based Remedy ticket system for all IT support requests:

Effective February 1, 2015, this system will replace our former methods of helpdesk communication.

Hours of Operation:

Normal hours are 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday

Email is monitored after hours and on weekends

Emergencies should be reported by calling Maria, Wayne, or Ben and then following up via email.
