Gaughan Awarded a National Science Foundation CAREER Award

Dr. Monica Gaughan was awarded a National Science Foundation CAREER award in 2005. She brings this five-year early-career grant to the University of Georgia from her previous position at the Georgia Institute of Technology. The project, "University Determinants of Women's Academic Career Success," seeks to understand the organizational policies and practices by universities that help or hinder women's success in the academic tenure track.
