NOAHnet, which stands for Nutrition for Older Adults' Health, is the result of The University of Georgia Department of Food and Nutrition's effort to make educational resources easily accessible to health educators who work with older adults.

Development of NOAHnet began in September of 2000 and has evolved steadily since. The NOAHnet website contains ready-to-go nutrition education lesson plans, including scripts, handouts and activities. Lessons focus on Fruits and Vegetables, Nutrition and Bone Health, Nutrition and Diabetes, General Nutrition, and Physical Activity. The materials may be used at no charge. They only ask that you acknowledge NOAHnet as the source of the materials.
