2008 End-of-Life & Palliative Care Conference Photo Gallery
On May 16-17, 2008, the Georgia Geriatric Education Center presented "Improving Palliative and End-of-Life Care for Frail Older Adults" Conference at the University of Georgia. The objectives of the conference included learning more about innovations in hospice care, why and how to start a palliative care consult in your hospital, and why and how to improve end-of-life care in your nursing home. We'd like to thank everyone that joined us for this extremely informative gathering of those interested in the future care of frail older adults. The program from the conference is available here.
