Dr. Sullivan recently joined the epidemiology department at Emory University. His research interests include: Behavior and Health, Disease Surveillance, HIV/AIDS, Infectious Disease, and Sexual Behavior. His work also includes molecular biology-based surveillance for antiretroviral resistance and global viral strains. He has published extensively on the topic of HIV transmission, including its disparate impact on sexual and racial minority groups. Dr. Sullivan received his bachelor's degree from Emory University, and his D.V.M. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Tennessee.
