The College of Public Health is comprised of four departments and two institutes. The CPH Graduate Student Association held a chili cook-off on Thursday, April 3, 2008 in the Coverdell Center. Funds were raised to support the GSA's Relay for Life team. The cook-off was a great success with five team entries which raised $306 for Relay. » Read more
On March 1, several CPH students and their instructor for the Community Health class, Dr. Katie Hein, participated in the inaugural AIDS Walk/Run Athens to raise money and awareness for those living with AIDS in Northeast Georgia. Seven undergraduate and 5 graduate students participated in the walk and 4 students participated in the run portion of the event. Their team theme was 'Black Out AIDS'. » Read more

He met with the Dean and the Associate Deans of the college for a briefing on the activities and research of the college.
