Certificate Program in Disaster Management

The Institute has received approval to offer a Certificate in Disaster Management.  A brochure and contact information are available here.

In order to be awarded a Certificate of Disaster Management, all students must first complete registration forms.  Completed registration forms must be mailed or hand delivered to the Graduate Certificate Coordinator.  Original signatures are needed on the registration forms, so please do not fax or email after completion. 

After satisfying the requirements for the Disaster Management Certificate, students will complete a certificate request form that will be mailed or hand delivered to the Graduate Certificate Coordinator.  Original signatures are needed on the certificate request form, so do not fax or email the completed form to the Graduate Certificate Coordinator.
