Global Health Internship Sites

The Center for Global Health has international internship sites all over the world.  Working with the faculty affiliated with these sites will provide many wonderful and engaging experiences.

Global Health Certificate Program

The Global Health Certificate Program will allow students to intern abroad in a variety of settings.
 

Research Collaborations

The Center for Global Health is involved in multiple research collaborations around the world, including with physicians and research professionals in Paris, France.

Environmental Information Kiosk in Freiburg, Germany

This kiosk, called the Bluespot, offers information related to the local environment including ozone, NO2, SO2, and CO levels. 

Study Abroad in Israel!

University of Zagreb Faculty

5 Faculty from the University of Zagreb Schools of Medicine and Public Health came to Athens, GA to participate in the 2012 Global Health Symposium presented by the Center for Global Health. The University of Georgia has a long-standing partnership with the University of Zagreb and the Center for Global Heatlh sends students to Croatia year-round. 

Work Abroad in Israel!

The summer of 2013 was a busy one for Medical Partnership and Certificate in Global Health student James Eames. James participated in the Developing Leaders of Global Health Systems program and part of his internship work was to look at the discrepancies between emergency department admission diagnosis and hospital diagnosis at the Western Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya, Israel. His paper will be published this year.
